Wasabi is keto friendly, so is edamame. And it has many great health benefits. I know for some, the taste is a bit strange, but once you get used to it, you will crave for the sensation after eating it. Your sinuses will clear right away!

So, I bought this great home made tahini butter from a friend.

Tahini Butter Home Made

This one is with sea salt. So, it is safe for my ketogenic meal.

Of course, you can put tahini together with salad dressing, but I want it different this time.

I want to spice it up with wasabi and garlic.

Wasabi keto

I use store-bought wasabi paste, it is easier to get and use, and plus cheaper. And wasabi is keto friendly.

wasabi keto hummus
  • 2 cups of shelled edamame
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 2 teaspoons wasabi
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water

I put them all in a food processor and start blending. It is as easy as that. And it’s done!

You can throw in some romaine lettuce or other vegetables to go with. It is awesome!
