Sometimes friends and relatives ask me what products I use or would recommend to help them get healthier or even help them fix certain issues. So, I created this page to help you find the products I have tried and keep using until now.

I drink this every morning with empty stomach, one tablespoon with 250 cc water. It helps keep the acidity in the stomach so we can better absorb nutrients from the food we eat.
