Let me give you an idea of two types of fuel in our body.

Think of fat as reserve energy inside us. When we don’t understand how our body works, we usually run on sugar fuel. We just need to get our body to use this fat as energy.

Our metabolism is controlled by hormones. Hormones are produced by glands. There are six fat burning and three fat making hormones and each one is triggered by different things. We need to understand what these hormones are and what triggers them to make them work for you instead of against you.

To get healthy and lose weight at the same time, you need to trigger not just one hormone but all six fat-burning hormones. And you will even look younger.

If you eat nutrient-dense foods, your cravings for sweets, breads, high carbo, salty snacks and chocolate will diminish and you will no longer feel hungry all the time.

Your lifestyle will be changed. Your mindset will be changed.

You need to get yourself healthy first before you lose any weight…PERMANENTLY.

You do not lose weight and then go back to the same old you, eating junk food or sweets.
